A complete intake automation system that takes a client from form submission to organized file, AI-generated prep document, and dual email notification — in 12 seconds. Client submits inquiry → AI classifies matter type and urgency → generates comprehensive preparation document → creates organized Google Drive folder → sends confirmation to client and full prep package to the team. The system runs alongside a custom client-facing website we delivered for the same firm — proof that we ship the full stack when an engagement calls for it.
